Great customer service, beautiful room and pool, beds are also very comfortable. And food is amazing. Thank you to Ambassador lodge for making our stay amazing ,and making us miss home a little less :)

What an amazing place. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. My husband was there for a meeting and I had to wait for them to finish, although check out was at 10h00 they accommodated me by letting me stay a bit longer and check out slightly later as the room I was in did not get guests until much later. I would recommend this guesthouse any day and will stay there again should I need to overnight in KBY. I really enjoyed my stay.

Horrible experience 😪 cannot recommend it to anyone , everything except the staff that cannot handle guests atleast the cleaners are friendly but the other ladies pheewww.....

The lodge is stunning, with lush greenery that creates a cozy, homey atmosphere. The grounds are well maintained, and the rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-organized. The staff are professional, warm, and welcoming. They are attentive, patient, and incredibly helpful, making my stay an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend this lodge for both business trips and vacations—it's an experience you won’t regret!
