We had booked and paid for 2 double rooms months in advance. When we arrived today they couldn’t find our booking and the Lodge was fully booked due to a conference. Alternative accommodation was arranged for us which was acceptable and clean. Management needs to be more jacked up. However I would like to commend Jenna for her patience and diplomacy towards 4 very irritated guests 😬

The water was off at night around 22h00, wifi connection was so bad. Water pressure when showering was low, self catering kitchen was low on utensils when wanting to braai. None of the staff members checked in to see if our stay-in was fine and if we needed anything throughout the night. The water tasted like pure salt, you literally had to drive back to town if you needed anything else. Average experience 3/10

The rooms were clean and they were very accommodating on short notice. There was no hot water for some reason. The garden is very nice and well looked after. The guest was a bit noisy and you park far from your room. No wifi was offered and the reception on cell signal is quite bad in the region I will book there again.
