I am writing this review at 2:17am why? Because some people checked in at midnight and proceeded to make such a noise, waking everyone up. They are now cackling right outside my window at 2:00 am on a work night! I don't understand such uncouth inconsiderate behaviour at a guest house. You will notice the delberate use of the word guest house not hotel. If they booked the entire place then you shouldn't let other people book too. Reserve the whole place for them. If you have to get to work the next day, don't stay here. There is nothing 4 star about it.

Don't waste your money. Worst hotel experience of my life. No towels in my room, no mini shampoo and lotion bottles in the bathroom. You can't reach reception as their number is blocked. The bell on the counter doesn't help as well. You tap it until your finger falls off with no one to assist. My room wall paper is falling off. Mosquitoes in the room will keep you awake all night. The aircon is centrally connected to all rooms. You switch it on the circuit box outside of your room located in the hall a few meters away from your room. I hated every minute of my stay here. No ironing board or iron in the room. No telephone to reach reception with ease. You have to leave your room physically to ask for towels and other essentials. And then be told that they have ran out. I don't blame the poor people who receive guests at the hotel. It's the owner's fault. The poor service in the hotel is a reflection of their management style. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!! I hated every minute of being here.

The staff member, one particular, gentleman has a serious bad attitude issue. Him and his manager/owner claim that I've been giving them attitude since my arrival and I did not even speak to him regarding anything. I didn't even have breakfast. His attitude stinks and gets away with it because he is enabled by the owner/manager of the place. It pains me that I chose the place for me and my colleagues to sleep there and I get treated like that. I will surely request our organization and travel agent to blacklist this place.

The place is not very difficult to find and they good food with nice rooms. However there's still a lot of improvement to be done here, they are not very well organized. We had to travel back and forth from the sleeping place to the main office for dining. The shower in my room was showering the wall and so I didn't have a proper shower. Their breakfast also ends very early (6-8) and it's winter now so you have to wake early for breakfast, very inconveniencing.
