The worst place ever. The matras spring came through. We at 20h00 had to carry and move our own luggage. No room service. The view terrible with dirty black bags. No patio table only chairs. Lots of ants in the room. We came from a roadtrip with food and we had to put everything in the fridge.

I have been waiting for my refund for a booking that was cancelled on the 18th May. The hotel initially promised to process my refund on the 5th June and to date there has not been a refund in my account, instead there's back and forth of emails stating refund dates that don't materialize. This service is totally unacceptable and really shameful. I need my refund to be done ASAP as it's been over a month now.

I have visited this place multiple times, hoping for improvement, but unfortunately the experience has remained the same each time. The bathrooms are not clean at all, which is unacceptable as this is a very sensitive area and basic hygiene should be a priority. The service is another major issue. Staff inside the restaurant are unfriendly and extremely slow. Waiting two hours for food is not normal, and when you try to raise concerns, nothing gets resolved. Asking to speak to a manager leads nowhere. No real solutions are offered, only excuses. It honestly feels like there is a lack of proper training and accountability, which reflects in the poor overall service. The only positive experience is at reception. The receptionist staff are professional, welcoming, and do their jobs well. Unfortunately, once you move beyond reception, the experience becomes chaotic and disappointing. This place has potential, but without serious improvements in cleanliness, staff training, and management involvement, I would not recommend the restaurant or hotel experience

I must say, reception is top class, welcoming is very professional and me my team are very happy to rest here. I would leave a paragraph but unfortunately I have to get ready for our road trip of the #BigScreenDocumentaryFestival perhaps later when I have enough time, but please know this... This place will have you feeling like royalty.
