What an awesome experience. We were greeted friendly by the host. Had a wonderful room overlooking the Orangeriver. Had a nice sundowner on the deck basically on the Orangeriver. The breakfast the following morning was great . Just enough to get the body fueled for you adventure that day to your next destination. Thanks Moonriver. You will definitely see us again.

The best service i ever received at a guest house We were there for work and they assisted us with safe parking because i had a car trailer and they made space for safe parking and a nice room with the coolest aircon which was much appreciated😂 You can deffinetely visit this guest house They will walk the extra mile for their customers👏👏👏

I spend the whole week in Upington for business but felt like I was on vacation, Moonrise gave be the Best Experience and hospitality i could ever imagine, the staff is friendly and welcoming , im definitely making Moonriver my home away from home.

Secure accommodation wonderfully situated on the Orange River. Friendly helpful host and breakfast staff lovely and breakfast adequate. We were in the honeymoon suite, so called, with a fabulous bath/ shower but did not enjoy the open plan bathroom , lack of toiletry space, seating and tired linen. Decor not our cup either.
