We enjoyed our stay at Upington Inn. The staff are wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Beautiful hotel, nice size pool with an awesome garden to spend time in (just mind the massive ants that bite). My main complaint is the room we stayed in, it's advertised as a family room, but barely has any amenities. The double rooms other family members were staying in had more to offer. If we had a small baby drinking bottle there would be nowhere to wash them as there is no sink, nor did we have a microwave to warm up any food in. All our luggage sat on the floor as there wasn't adequate storage. Also the entire unit's power works via the access card... This means when you leave your room for the day, your fridge is off! Cannot understand this logic as a bar fridge draws such a small load. Remove the fridge from the access card circuit, problem solved. Otherwise, as I said, it really is a beautiful place to stay for the value. And the breakfast is awesome, definitely get it as part of your package. We'd love to stay over again when we're in town, but would love to see them address those issues first.

Spend my birthday weekend in Upington Inn , it was amazing. The accommodation is beautiful, family friendly with a gorgeous garden, a pool and play area, definitely instagram worthy pics. The rooms were clean and spacious and the stuff was super friendly. Would definitely book again

Rooms are ok all the necessary things available. Maybe need some maintenance, like toilet handle needed to put back up or water running. My room was close to the maintenance room and very noisy. But must say the breakfast was in a league of its own. Best cold buffet breakfast I have seen in a long time

The room was very spacious. Semi self catering with a bar fridge, microwave oven and small kitchenette. The airconditioning was great. Great place to stay for business travellers.
