Our stay at Garden Route Game Lodge was absolutely amazing! Everything was 10/10. The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the reception staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. We booked the full package, which included breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two safari game drives. Everything was well organized, and the meals were delicious with a great variety. The safari experiences were unforgettable, and the guide Bradly was knowledgeable and made each drive enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and an incredible safari experience. Thank you to the wonderful team for making our stay so special! 🙏🏼👍🏻

I will give you one example: when we reached the lions enclosure, our guide Jonathan told us that the female lions had only been there about 3 or 4 months and that they were not used to the trucks and still chased the trucks. "We will keep a distance of 60 meters", he said. Basically we saw the lions from far away and spent a couple of minutes in that enclosure. On the other hand, the guide spent about 30 minutes discussing and viewing zebras and Wildebeests. South Africa has some great private animal parks, but this is definitely not one of them.

What a fun fabulous.place for a small safari. We only stayed one night and loved the accomodation, the restaurant and the relaxation facilities. We could have stayed two nights. They have it organised so you can do an evening safari and a morning safari. Seeing the elephants, giraffes and lions were the highlights and listening to how. they have been rescued to.live in this private park was fascinating.

this safari resort was truly an unforgettable experience. Surrounded by breathtaking nature and the peaceful beauty of the wilderness, every moment felt magical. The morning and evening safari drives were beyond amazing, allowing us to witness magnificent wildlife in their natural habitat and enjoy sunsets that looked like paintings. The hospitality, attention to detail, and exceptional service made our stay even more special. My deepest respect and appreciation go to all the staff and the founders of this beautiful place for their dedication to preserving nature, protecting wildlife, and creating such a remarkable eco-friendly experience.
