I can recommend Olive Grove with confidence. We arrived early evening on a Sunday after making a last minute booking. Upon arrival, we were welcomed most warmly, and we were given refreshments by the host (we arrived without anything, shops were closed). The room was ready, and everything spotless. The rooms are spacious and well-lit - makes pre-dawn packing much easier. We struggled with the a/c remote, and assistance was given within minutes. The extra little table in the bathroom is useful, and the shower was good and hot. Parking is available conveniently close to the rooms. We didn't make use of it, but braai stands are available in the communal area close to the rooms. The area also has tables and chairs. The guest farm is about 14 kms south of Beaufort-West, and it's very nice to wake up to birdsong and to be surrounded by olive groves and peace.

Lovely 2 night stay, close to Karoo National Park. Delicious braai pack for evening supper! John was very helpful with any requests.

Definitely not what we expected, rooms need maintenance, braai areas not up to standard and dining needs attention. Aircons also not working in rooms.

Our first time here and will definitely return whenever we pass through Beaufort West. We were made to feel at home from the time that we arrived. Welcoming, clean, scenic, peaceful and just absolutely awesome. Supper was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a fantastic stay. Keep up the awesome service. 👌 Judy JANE
