I recently attended The Only Whisky Show at The Avenue and was impressed. The function area was spacious enough, ensuring that it didn't feel too cramped or crowded. The beautiful views of the Two Oceans Aquarium added a unique touch to the experience. Additionally, the bathrooms were clean, well-maintained, and easily handled the volume of event attendees. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend The Avenue as a conference venue option.

Summary: Attended a convergence here. The food was great and the interior very beautiful since the venue form part of the aquarium. There is one big aquarium tank which can be view within the venue. Food: Was great with a lot variety, no complaints. Parking: Paid parking opposite of the venue. No parking on premises.

Located next to the One and Only hotel on the one side and the Two Oceans Aquarium on the other side. Great layout and interior design. An interesting feature is the view into the main tank at the aquarium. It provides for a unique experience. Facilities are well equipped and maintained. Parking is available close by. It is located just a short walk from the larger Victoria and Alfred Waterfront complex.

There is just no parking close to the venue, so you have to make use of the paid parking bays opposite the aquarium. Which is a bit of a distance to walk. But inside I must say they have a stunning venue with grwat views of the aquarium's main hall. So if you timing is correct you can catch the feeding time slots and have a nice view of that from the top. This would make a great venue for a wedding or a party.
