Beautiful flats for students, bachelors or simply people with small families. A spacious two bedroom flat with kitchen cupboards already installed. Very nice colouring inside and outside the rooms. It's located in a very peaceful area and very close to Erica Square. Oh, and a very safe and nice parking lot.

it's truly a peaceful and welcoming place to live. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and respectful, creating a warm sense of community. The residents are just as kind, and there’s a strong feeling of safety One thing that really stands out is how well-maintained the entire complex is—everything is kept clean, neat, and in order. From the gardens to the common areas, you can see that care and pride go into making this a great living environment. It’s a comfortable, quiet, and well-organized place to call home

My daughter use to stay here. A very safe and secure place. Anyone can't just come and go as they please. The person staying at the Estate must sign you in with your ID of course and at a certain time you must be out.

I had a very good experience.While visiting some old aquintance which I was not sure about their surname and block nr. I was assisted by a very friendly guard by the Entrance 😇
