A special thank you to Sanelisiwe at Cape Town Lodge Hotel. We had a small issue with our breakfast booking, but it was quickly resolved. What stood out was Sanelisiwe’s exceptional service. Despite being busy, he greeted us warmly, checked on us throughout breakfast, and made us feel genuinely welcome. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to guests made our experience memorable. If every guest receives the same service, it’s easy to see why people would keep coming back. Thank you for going the extra mile! 👏

There's not enough parking space at this hotel, they try to DJ guests cars to fit everyone in and the whole experience becomes an issue for the guests. Not to mention the fact that they charge R150 for you to even park there! The hotel allows later arriving guests to park-in cars belonging to guests that were parked earlier. In the morning, when you need to urgently catch a flight, the security and management has to search for the guests that had arrived after you to ask them to remove their car. 30 minutes I had to wait while they woke the other guests up to get their car keys!!! I've attached photos of my car parked in (Land Rover parked in by Porsche). When eventually they secure the key and remove the car, the security and the boom gate further delays your exit but calling reception and checking if you did not use any of the items in the room. All this is still happening after they've delayed your departure. As a side note, you can actually hear the other guests in other rooms at night. There was a world cup game at 02h00 and the other guest kept celebrating the goals while I was trying to sleep. This is issue was maybe my bad luck but the parking is a structural issue that cannot be solved! Never returning!

To my surprise, I was upgraded to a luxury suite, which made my stay even more special. The suite was spacious, beautifully furnished, and exceptionally comfortable, with a stylish lounge area, a large bedroom, and excellent amenities. The exposed brickwork and modern décor created a unique atmosphere that felt both elegant and relaxing. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed and immaculate. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the generous space throughout the suite. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable experience, and their hospitality truly stood out. The hotel's central location is also a great advantage for both business and leisure travellers exploring Cape Town. Thank you to the Cape Town Lodge Hotel team for making my stay memorable. Location is good. We had a birthday to attend in Town anf tge rate was very affordable but I wouldn't recommend for leisure only quick stay. The carpets in have a old and unpleasant smell that travels through the hotel and tge bed can use an upgrade. The staff is friendly and the bathroom is beautiful and clean and the view from our room was excellent.
