Impressive residential development. I love the idea that olives are grown and harvested as part of the internal landscape.

Lovely, quiet estate. I visited for a dinner event and getting in past security was a breeze, just make sure you have the code and your drivers license. It’s the festive period now and a few houses had some Christmas lights up which was very cute.

Housing estate on the outskirts of Somerset West. Excellently maintained estate with walking, running or cycling trails. Beautiful dam area and waterways with plentiful birds, frogs and insects. Established gardens and olive orchards, which is still harvested for olive oil. Common areas include clubhouse, swimming pool, playground and gym. It's like living in a friendly tranquil village atmosphere.

Stylish houses in security complex. Tidy brickwork and minimalist gardens. Right up there with Atlantic beach Estate in feel, but the house I saw from inside is comparatively more fitting for younger couples - more steps, smaller rooms and corners, whereas Atlantic Beach Estate has simpler, wider and more level houses (suitable for both the elderly and younger families alike)
