Undoubtedly the best hotel I've stayed in. Absolutely a five star experience. Cleanliness of the highest standard. Attention to detail exceeded all expectations. Exceptional staff, and exquisite dining. The salmon poke bowl is a definite 'must try'. I can't wait to return to this phenomenal place.

I recently visited Erinvale Hotel and Spa and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing—far below what one would expect from a five-star establishment. Despite there being plenty of staff present, only one server attended to our table. She was clearly trying her best, but was stretched too thin to manage everything effectively. To make matters worse, the coffee machine wasn’t functioning properly, meaning cappuccinos were unavailable. After placing our food order, we were left waiting for nearly an hour. During that time, there was little to no staff presence—we even ended up pouring our own sparkling wine. Considering that most of the breakfast items (bacon, mushrooms, baked beans, hash browns) were already prepared, it’s difficult to understand such a long delay when only eggs needed to be made to order. When the food finally arrived, it was acceptable, but the service remained inconsistent. Basic details were overlooked—for example, toast was brought to the table but not served to everyone. Additionally, the plates were ice cold, which meant that most of the breakfast items were also cold by the time they reached us, apart from the eggs which had clearly just been prepared. This made the overall meal far less enjoyable than it should have been. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and inattentive. The level of service was something I would expect from a casual dining chain, not a five-star hotel. Sadly, this visit was a one-star experience for me. I would not recommend this hotel and would not return. A very disappointing experience.

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at Erinvale Spa. We were so exhausted from our wedding festivities and we knew this would be the perfect place for us to relax. The treatments were incredible, I recommend the full body massage. We spent the next few hours sitting at the pool, having drinks and eating food and it was the best way to connect with each other after a very busy few weeks.

We had the high tea. The selection of bites was good but what was listed as savory scones were too sweet. And both the sweet and savory scones could have been lighter and fresher. Try the woolworths frozen ones.
