I contacted the venue on 25 May and arranged a viewing for 6 June at 9:00 AM. The day before the viewing, I followed up to confirm the appointment was still on, and was then informed that there was an engagement party scheduled for that morning. Had I not reached out, I would not have known that the viewing could no longer take place at the agreed time. I was advised that an afternoon viewing might be possible and that I would receive confirmation on 6 June. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up, confirmation, or attempt to reschedule for a different date. Nearly three weeks have passed and I have still not heard anything further. I understand that schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances arise. My disappointment is not that the original appointment could not go ahead, but that there was no follow-up afterwards. Clear communication is very important when planning events, and unfortunately that was not my experience. The lack of follow-up left me feeling overlooked as a potential client.

Thank you for a wonderful year end function. My team had a fantastic time.The food was amazing and that Breyani was to die for, and the fact that they were so full and got to take home doggie bags was a big bonus.We can't wait for our next function.
