From the moment we booked our stay at Hollywood Mansion & Spa Camps Bay Villa, everything was seamless – and that is entirely down to the incredible people who look after you here. A huge thank you first to Gaby, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was so accommodating, understanding, and went out of her way to make sure every detail was exactly how we wanted it. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she listened to exactly what we needed, and her warmth and support made planning our holiday completely stress-free. Then at the villa, Gershwin and his team were simply outstanding. Their hospitality was next level – attentive, friendly, and always there with a smile. They went above and beyond in ways we really didn’t expect: they kindly did our shopping runs for us so we didn’t have to worry about a thing, and the highlight for us was when they organised the most wonderful braai for us – on their own off day. That level of care, generosity and effort really touched us, and it made our time together so memorable and special. The villa itself is stunning – beautiful, spacious, perfectly located with those iconic Camps Bay views – but it’s the people here that make it truly world-class. From the moment we arrived, everything about the stay felt special. The location is fantastic, perfectly positioned with easy access to the city’s highlights, while still feeling like a peaceful escape. The accommodation itself was stunning. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the comfort of the beds to the stylish décor and the tranquil atmosphere throughout the property. I had my birthday celebration in Cape Town and chose to stay at Hollywood Mansion and Spa and it was truly the best accommodation choice I could have made. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and even more stunning in person. The photos and videos simply do not do it justice. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The property is also impeccably maintained, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The location is another huge advantage. It’s only about a 15-minute walk from Camps Bay, where you can enjoy the beach, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere, and just a short Uber ride into the city centre. It made exploring Cape Town incredibly convenient while still allowing us to enjoy the peace and privacy of the villa. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their kindness and professionalism made such a difference and added a very personal touch to the entire experience. They helped make my birthday trip seamless, memorable, and truly special. I could not have asked for a better place to celebrate, and I would absolutely recommend Hollywood Mansion and Spa to anyone visiting Cape Town who is looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and unforgettable stay. The host was always available and helpful, the staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the butler was world-class. Breakfasts by the private chef were outstanding, and housekeeping kept the villa spotless. The ocean views are breathtaking — we even canceled all restaurant plans and enjoyed dinners with our chef at the villa instead. The in-villa spa services were another highlight. Truly an unforgettable stay — highly recommended!
