Our stay at the President Hotel in Bantry Bay was exceptional. The hotel's attention to detail is evident throughout the property, and every aspect of our experience reflected a strong commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and attentive, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment throughout our stay. We would like to extend special recognition to Nonhlahla at reception, who assisted us during check-out. Her professionalism, efficiency, and personable approach were particularly noteworthy and left a very positive impression. The hotel's strong leadership and effective management are clearly reflected in the high standards maintained across the property and the consistently outstanding service provided by the team. We highly recommend the President Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Everything was amazing from the first moment we arrived. They discovered we were celebrating our honeymoon and the hotel manager came to greet us. Steven helped us with our luggage and he has been so pleasant everytime we saw him. All the staff have been so helpful. Luyande also served us in the bar and I had one of the best Irish coffees I ever tasted. The room only lost one star as I found the shower temp hard to regulate. But overall, 10/10 stay and I would definitely come back again and recommend to friends and family.

Extremely disappointed with the service from the Duty Manager on 4 August 2026 at 18:00. My wife needed a proper setup to work comfortably, and we made a simple, reasonable request to swap a single-seater couch for a double-seater. The Duty Manager flatly refused, stating it was simply "his decision" not to grant it, showing a complete lack of flexibility or concern for guest comfort. For a hotel of this tier, we expected much better hospitality and willingness to help. We have been coming here regularly since 2021.
