The chapel is uniquely laid out and lends itself to intimate and inspiring ceremonies. The events facilitate is compact and neat which may accommodate up to 60 persons. Catering facilities are also provided, making provision also to provide your own catering needs. A sparkling pool is looking in a courtyard, surrounded by the events facility, reception area and accommodation. The rooms are are tastefully furnished and are of ample size. The Staff are professional , knowledgeable and friendly. There is sufficient on site parking for guests. Overall the grounds and facilities are clean, safe and well cared for.

I recently stayed at Kolping Guesthouse for a friends wedding hosted at the venue and my experience was exceptional from start to finish! First things first…OH MY GOODNESS! The Breakfast was DELICIOUS!! Just had to add this! Over all… The property is beautifully maintained ,the gardens are full of vibrant flowers and the pool area is stunning. I even sat outside by the pool at night to look at the stars and I felt completely safe and at peace. My room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept like a princess. The cleanliness and comfort really stood out. Another big plus is how convenient the location is. The mall is just down the street within walking distance which made grabbing something quickly or popping out for anything I needed extremely easy. The staff were friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. The wedding itself was perfect beautifully set up professional and truly memorable. Kolping is a fantastic venue for events as well as accommodation. I would definitely return and I highly recommend Kolping Guesthouse for anyone visiting Durbanville or looking for a beautiful warm and professionally run venue!

I was recently at your venue for a two-day strategic work session with our company. While the venue is beautiful, there are a few areas where the experience could be improved. The room we were in was cold and felt a bit cramped. Additionally, I noticed the smell of cigarette smoke drifting into the room from outside, which was not nice and a distraction during our sessions. The refreshments could also be improved. The water at the coffee/tea station was lukewarm, making it less enjoyable to have something warm to drink. A boiling water urn would greatly improve this. Similarly, the food provided was below average and served cold, which impacted the overall experience. Serving hot meals would make a huge difference. Your venue is beautiful and with a few small adjustments, it could offer a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience for future guest.
