Please review the menu to give guests a bit more variety!

Absolutely enjoyed every moment at Lagoon beach hotel. We stayed at the hotel and then at the apartments. Could not get enough of the friendliest service, well equipped rooms, cleanliness, security etc. Will definitely be recommending everyone I know to stop by ! The views and amenities the hotel has to offer are so worth it. We had to leave early mornings and some nights come back late, security always checked on us and made us feel so welcomed. Receptionists most friendliest we’ve come across our entire trip, the biggest thank you to everyone at lagoon beach hotel for making our stay most memorable❤️

The hotel is directly at the beach, so that you can enjoy the sunset at dinner and have a great view on table mountain as well. There are three restaurants in the hotel which are all good. The service is friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is a larger complex and has conference rooms as well, which is the reason why I was there with about 120 other participants. My recommendation when price is not a limiting factor.

If I could give it a 0, I would. Old, needs a refurb, dreadful experience from checking in to check out! Old broken furniture. Lights in room don’t work. No WiFi, you can sign in, but doesn’t reach the rooms. Restaurant and reception decor is from the 70s or 80s. Expensive, but low end! Unprofessional! Keep me waiting 20 minutes to check in. Lady on reception called 3 different people to assist her! Think they can charge high rate due to beach location. Hated the entire experience!
