First off, our flight came in early and so they offered us a suite to use while we waited for our room to be ready, and it was luxurious! It had a small kitchenette with beverages and cookies, a very comfortable living room with a leather sofa and footrests and large screen television. There was a separate bedroom with another television and a king sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and huge shower. And it was a corner suite with wall-to-wall windows on 2 sides. They have us exclusive use of it all until our room was ready. We were celebrating a special anniversary and they went all out preparing our room. They had it ready well before check in time and what a pleasant surprise! We walked in to the floor strewn with fresh rose petals, a delicious and decorated cake, and a bottle of champagne on ice! How many hotels will go to so much trouble like that? And all the staff are so friendly as well as being excellent at their job! They went above and beyond! I would give this hotel 10 stars out of 5 if I could!

We had an excellent stay and are extremely satisfied with all the services provided. The room was comfortable and very pleasant, the food was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the support, assistance, and follow-up throughout our stay. We would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Luke for his warm welcome, kindness, availability, and professionalism. He played a significant role in making our experience even more enjoyable. We had such a wonderful experience at the Pepperclub Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful in every interaction. The food was a true standout. Each dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavour, reflecting the chef and his team’s incredible attention to detail and passion for what they do. You can really taste the care and precision in every bite. Overall, it was a seamless and memorable experience. This hotel offers top-notch service. Every staff member we’ve had the pleasure of interacting with has been helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast spread is impressive and I especially appreciate the à la carte options. The speed at which our requests were attended to when we phoned them was outstanding.
