We stayed at the Premier Hotel this past January for my wife’s 40th birthday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is excellent, but the real highlight was the hospitality. The team here is genuinely helpful. We had a bit of a panic regarding a last-minute visa we hadn't realised we needed, and Jeffrey was brilliant, assisting us with the necessary invoices to get it sorted. There are honestly too many names to mention, but Jeffrey, Zola, Zuthu, and Langa on the front desk were all lovely and made us feel very welcome. Zola also did a great job of organising a shark diving trip for us. The team went out of their way to make my wife's birthday breakfast special. They surprised her with a cake and a song during breakfast, which was a really kind gesture. We also had the chance to meet the General Manager and Operations Manager, who were both equally impressive and lovely. The staff are incredibly warm-hearted and truly ensured we had the best possible stay. When we visit Cape Town again, we will 100% be staying here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great stay in the city.

Premier Hotel Cape Town is a solid option, especially because of its great location. Easy access to key areas and a convenient base for getting around the city. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is something to keep in mind if you prefer more space, but they are clean and functional. Service was decent. The staff handled what was needed, but it was not anything that really stood out. Overall, a good stay for the location and convenience.

This establishment wasn’t the best I’ve experienced… we had to move closer to the city prior as leaving Cape Town, so this hotel seemed best…however everything is all crammed up and it’s so uncomfortable to move around. The rooms are also quite tiny! The view isn’t too bad, it is however a bit obstructed by another building. Wouldn’t recommend it for a holiday.
