We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and we were thoroughly impressed with the staff, food and comfort of this place. All of our meals were delicious, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, including anything your palate and culture desires. I want to give special recognition to the restaurant staff including C-Jay, Tamara, and Bongiwe who took care of us and were so very kind and welcoming. Also, thank you to the concierge, Michael, who went out of his way to ensure we had a delightful visit to Cape Town.

We recently celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday lunch at Tobago Restaurant at the Radisson Blu Collection Hotel, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to Eloise, Sima, Louisa, Shafeegha, Teriza, Voyo, and Solomon for the outstanding service and hospitality. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our celebration feel special and memorable. The team was professional, attentive, warm, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail, friendly attitudes, and excellent customer service made my mom’s milestone celebration truly unforgettable. The atmosphere was elegant, the food was delicious, and the service exceeded our expectations. Thank you for helping us create such beautiful memories with our family. Had a very nice stay in this hotel. Very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast, with lots of choice. Breakfast staff are very attentive and friendly especially Nhsiki. All hotel staff have been great and we loved having the shuttle bus to the Waterfront. Recommend!

We had an excellent experience including check in, the rooms, service and checkout. Rooms were comfortable, very clean and well appointed. Concierge service arranging transportation pickups and drop offs were excellent with clean sprinter buses, exceptionally friendly drivers. Zainab, Zacharia and our driver Wafiq were amazing. A word about the staff... They were amazing. Noah, his boss Karin, and head chef Julian were above and beyond helpful and accommodating. Thank you Noah and Karin! Executive Chef Julian meet with us, and then prepared a fantastic sashimi, tuna tartar and tuna steak feast with the yellow fin tuna we brought back earlier in the day. AND he also prepared a wonderfully seasoned vegetarian curry and rice dish complete with papadum and roti for my vegetarian mother in law - it too was by all accounts tasty! Busi-B served it all up to us and ensured every need was meet - always smiling! Bravo to this entire team, including Lufe at the front desk. Our sincerest Thank You to everyone here.
