We had our mother's Celebration of Life ceremony there, it's a beautiful venue, they were very accommodating when we came to set up, it was easy to communicate with management and the staff were friendly and very competent.

Hosted Sarah's wedding. Great venue. Pity that some of the amenities promised did not materialize. Mainly the coffee facility. The estate manager was also nowhere to be found on the actual event date Other than that I'd definitely recommend.

Beautiful garden setting. Inside venue for reception was lovely. Toilet facilities were clean - very appreciative. Separate dessert space - not happy with that though. Ample parking too.

You would be better off paying for the winelands, who will at least honour their written agreements for your event. This place will not, and they will act like doing what they agreed to is a favour to you. The entire event is tainted by the memory of the way my family was treated by the organiser, who refused to send a contract for rental, has no idea about their offered inventory (and gets mad at you for asking about the numbers of things they suggested you use), but tried to get around the things they put in writing by holding the rented items hostage and demanding more money for things they did and had agreed to. Verbal decisions also don't matter, but they misunderstand over text apparently. Interesting how they represented us as thieves, vandals etc but we never touched the things they claimed, brought our stuff from outside, cleaned up after ourselves, and yet they ended up keeping one of our items. A beautiful venue for events and weddings, but unless you are paying for a planner to deal with the fights and last minute changes, don't do it.
