The beautiful Regatta Centre is our flagship venue and accommodates up to 180 wedding guests at a time with a dance floor. We also welcome smaller private celebrations in our upstairs Chart Room for up to 60 guests. Our super inhouse chef and his team ensure the finest of quality cuisine at reasonable prices. RCYC is not subject to load shedding as we are situated in the Port and noise restrictions don’t apply. Safe and free parking is available at the club. Club members benefit from venue hire and F&B discounts. This light and airy multi-functional venue easily accommodates 180 guests seated at tables, or 200 guests, cocktail style. Permanent bar facilities ease service, while the waterfront side is composed of glass sliding doors giving a spectacular view onto the marina, even in unpleasant weather. The mere size of the venue makes it possible to host your wedding ceremony and reception under one roof – a great time and money saver. RCYC provides its own catering and a delightful selection of canapes, buffet and plated options are available. This 18m x18m venue is available for Halaal and Kosher weddings, in which case a “Dry Hire” applies (venue only) with certain requirements with regards to catering. With your imagination and the skill of our staff, this venue can be transformed into your dream event. ## Visitors Lounge & Chartroom Seating Capacity Seats 60 people This upstairs venue is private with a superb view of the Marina from our ‘bow’ shaped balconies. Concertina doors slide aside to merge the two venues into one larger area suitable for weddings and parties for up to 60 guests. The venue has it’s own private bar facilities, is fully air-conditioned and has a Smart TV to display a presentation of your special moments..
