This place is amazing! Samantha and Sean take such good care of the guests at Sacred Mountain. It’s not wrong to say that they treat you like family. We brought a group of 11 people and they took such good care of us. The food is amazing (ask for the roast chicken), the location is about a mile from Noordhoek beach, and the accommodations are everything you could ask for. Book up the rooms while you still can.

My dad and I were road tripping and just pitched up looking for a place to stay. I would have stayed anywhere at that point , I was tired and hungry and had stopped at a few places that were fully booked so my expectations weren’t high when I pressed the intercom outside the closed gate. Within seconds our host appeared and immediately ushered us in to show us two different rooms and we chose one. What an absolutely beautiful find. Our host Samantha and the staff there could not be more accommodating, the peace and serenity of the location, the huge trees and lovely rooms were perfect for winding down. could I find fault? Perhaps, but when people are just so lovely, you could not say a harsh word against them. Thank you so much, we will be back.

The owner, Samantha, was extremely helpful and bent over backwards on multiple occasions to help us. Eg. At one point I got really ill, and I messaged her late at night after the pharmacies had closed and she came round with medicine and teas. I know that there are some other reviews on here about Samantha. After spending a couple of weeks there with Samantha this year and also last year when I visited, I would say those reviews have more to say about the person leaving them than Samantha. Samantha is lovely, and tries to help as best she can. The dogs that she has that stay there occasionally are lovely and calm. And whenever she had friends or family over, they were always extremely friendly and quiet. It’s a lovely venue and the location is ideal, right next to the virgin active health gym, and a whole number of tourist attractions. It’s also a great location because you can get to either side of the coasts quite quickly.

We had a beautiful wedding reception in December 2024 at Sacred Mountain Lodge thanks to Samantha and her team. The various cottages were also very convenient so our family could stay at the venue. Everybody was helpful and friendly. We also had the pleasure of enjoying a free night's stay at the venue 1 year after our wedding which was a real treat!
