Amazing part event brought by Savanna and Cointreau last Saturday at Sandy B, it's called "Daycation" and had the likes of famous DJ to entertain the crowd. DJ Mshayi, DJ Thela and DJ Lerato brought the crowd to their feet dancing. I can't wait to see what they'll bring this coming Sunday.....

This a private beach,it's also called nude beach, everyone feels free to embrace their bodies. All people are fully naked,it's a free world. It's very private and cameras are not allowed since of naked people in around the beach...

Had a terrible experience here on the 22nd Jan 2022. Wanted to make use of the pool with a friend and have lunch and drinks. Went a day earlier to book and get a day pass so it would save me the hassle on the day. The manager on duty charged me R250 per person to make use of the pool the following day, gave me the pass bands and told me the pool opened at 11am. The following day, super excited at 10:50am, I make my way to the Bay Hotel, present my band to security to be told "sorry I cannot let you in as the pool is full". Confused because of what I was told the day before? The security flat out refused to let my friend and I in. There I was now phoning reception who were useless to find out what went wrong and why I was not allowed in. Eventually they let us in and another manager explained they do not reserve pool loungers, you cannot buy a band before the day and the price fluctuates depending on the day, that day it turned out to be R500 per person when the manager the day before made me pay R250. It gets worse... were now told we can sit on the deck on couches and use the pool, but not the loungers as it was "full". Even though most of the loungers were empty and "reserved" (even though we were told you cannot reserve lounges) NOBODY sat on them the ENTIRE 5 hours I was there. The service was slow. The only positive was that the drinks and food were nice and the pool was lovely. Safe to say we never got a lounger and sat there looking stupid while all the loungers had reserve signs but no one to sit on them the whole day. The best part is that towards the end of our day, 3 people arrived and were not any of the lounger bookings and they let them sit wherever they wanted even on the reserve signs knowing that my friend and I had been waiting all day for one to be available. Terrible experience, definitely will not be back! Pity as I live so close and they are in prime position.

This place totally lit up definitely returning... light and mellow just what one needs after a really hot day at the beach ... in true essence Beach Club... meaning thanks to Tash for a memorial time ... yes that's Tash in the pic 😉 ...
