Attended my friends wedding at this venue. An intimate setting with beautiful surroundings. I remained outside in the seated guest area for the reception. The pool right beside the guests and a little play area for the kids opposite the pool. With the catering being appropriate for those who inform the management of food restrictions/allergies. The venue was so relaxing and serene, with a little trail leading to an area cover by trees if you need some time away from the venue which is still part of the venue. Absolutely beautiful to relax. I haven't seen the rooms and can only provide ratings and feedback of what I did experience. Overall I would recommend for events or a venue for a weekend away from the city or work life.

We knew the accommodation from earlier, much better times - unfortunately a lot has changed negatively since the change of ownership. The new management seems overwhelmed, there is obviously no longer any investment in the complex. The pool was very dirty, the furnishings very worn and no longer corresponded to the pictures that can be seen online. In one of our rooms, there was hardly any water available in the bathroom. Another point of criticism is the communication: there was no English-speaking staff available on site, so we could only communicate via WhatsApp - which is very inconvenient in case of problems. In addition, we were only informed at check-in that the accommodation follows a strict halal culture and that alcohol is completely prohibited - this information would have been important in advance. Overall, the accommodation unfortunately no longer has the standard that we used to experience and that the photos still suggest. We cancelled our stay after one night.

Great location & in a wonderful quiet part of Cape Town. Traffic can be hectic if you're a business traveller to that part of Cape Town. Great staff, very comfortable room except for the lack of aircon. Would be back

I had a very disappointing experience with this venue. Just three weeks before my wedding, they informed me that I could no longer hold my ceremony there, despite having everything confirmed just the previous Saturday. On the day of the reception, the table décor was completely different from what I had requested even though I had sent pictures, and the reference photo was from a wedding they had previously done. Overall the management and communication were subpar.
