Our stay at The Claremont Hotel in Cape Town was nothing short of exceptional. Perfectly positioned away from the city’s buzz, it offers a true sense of escape—an oasis of calm where you can completely unwind. What makes this hotel so special is its heart. Though intimate in size, the level of service is remarkable. Every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful, from the warm welcome at reception to the small, memorable moments—like cappuccinos delivered in the pouring rain, accompanied by the kindest smile. The interiors are beautifully curated—elegant, stylish, and intentionally designed, creating a space that feels both refined and effortlessly comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight in itself. Fresh, delicious, and not to be missed—especially the green juice, which quickly became our favourite. What truly sets this team apart is how seamlessly everything runs. There’s a confidence and polish you’d expect from a hotel long established, yet paired with a warmth that feels personal and sincere. A truly special place—we’re already looking forward to returning.

What an idyllic setting in the city! Away from the hustle and bustle but still just minutes from downtown and incredible views of Table Mountain. The staff was just lovely and very accommodating, even storing a small bag for us when we went on safari. This was my husband’s first trip to Africa, and our first hotel we stayed at. BIG MISTAKE because it set the bar so high!
