Consistently good amenities and very, very good and friendly cleaning staff. The multipurpose area which combines access to a mildly heated pool (probably 25-30°C in winter), a sauna and a gym is great. It aptly provides a four star experience overall. The location is great. The views of the ocean are stunning. There are various parks, playgrounds, restaurants and even a market to explore nearby. My only complaint would be the paid parking. If parking is on premises, I do not understand why paying guests should be charged additional fees for using it.

We enjoyed a family holiday and stayed in the luxurious Royal suite. The accomodation was lovely, very spacious and nicely decorated. However the balcony was very small for an accomodation with 3 full bedrooms and able to sleep eight guests. Staff was extremely helpful and the luxury of having a courtesy bus for guests was such an advantage. We had a good time and made happy memories.

The Place & location are great. But it's showing its age. Many issues with quality, banged up doors, cracked tiles, bathroom fittings coming off the wall or sink and many other places are undergoing maintenance throughout the building. Also a serious lack of soap, I did not get that. But the staff is amazing, big ups to Brian who's always there if you need anything. Also they'll switch your room if you request it. But pretty much all rooms I saw had one problem on the other. This whole place needs serious investment. Its still a great place to be if you travel with family. I'd give this place 3 stars but Brian pushed it to a 4. Also, again, 1 soap per room is not enough. At least one for hands and one for the shower. If cost is a issue use shower gel.

A great view of the ocean from our room. The main (king bed) was comfortable, the single beds were ok and the main sofa was not great (worn out padding). The TVs are small and old but do have a decent range of channels. The service from the staff was good and the property was cleaned well. The breakfast buffet was decent and there is a shuttle service available to popular spots. Parking was also available and they have enough spots to accommodate. The main pool is next to the main restaurant and so not very private (we did not actually use it). The second pool is heated which was something the kids enjoyed.
