We recently attended a birthday party at The Riding Centre in Hout Bay, and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff were so friendly, organised, and amazing with the kids — patient, encouraging, and truly passionate about what they do. They made every child feel comfortable around the horses, even the little ones who were nervous at first. The horses are gentle, well-trained, and so well cared for. The children had such a great time riding, and interacting with them. The atmosphere was relaxed and safe, and the beautiful Hout Bay surroundings made the whole experience extra special. It was truly one of the best and most unique birthday party venues we’ve been to. The kids had an unforgettable day, and the adults enjoyed it just as much! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun, memorable, and well-run horse-riding experience for a party or outing.

Best location for a children's party hands down! Thank you. The team that run it are so professional. You can choose a package to suit your needs. They supplied glasses and ice buckets for kids and adults, bunting and balloons. They did the clean up afterwards. All the kids did not want to leave the party. We will definitely be back.

Lovely venue for a kids party. There are two separate party areas that are semi-enclosed. Each area has its own tent with the furniture you may need for a party, including a basin. A lovely touch was the "what I forgot box" which contained very useful items. There is also a braai area. There are quite a few animals on the property, including dogs. The dogs roam around freely but were not really a bother at all.

What a lovely place for pony rides and private parties! Both my kids enjoy playing with the little animals, from birds to bunnies and even pigs, goats and sheep!! The little jack russell loved playing catch the whole time I was there...haha! There's also a cafeteria and relaxing waiting area(indoor and outdoor) for the parents. We will definitely be going back again in the near future.
