Good venue, service and catering. 4 stars because venue needs better parking, if using the old galaxy club parking, they should redo that entire area and make it more secure and presentable. Other than that, no issues at all!

We've recently had our school matric farewell at this venue. They were very accommodating and delivered on the night! Jazakallah Khair to Ms Rafeeqah for being patient with us and accommodating all our questions, requests, and in some cases, last minute changes to the decor. 😅 The food was delicious - the staff was truly impressed with the food. One of the guests is vegetarian and they prepared a dish especially for her without any hassles. And the waiters kept checking up on every table and constantly refilled the tables with beverages and food. The hospitality of the manager on the night, Zarhied, was amazing alhamdulilah 🙏 he was so kind and always checked up on what is needed. We were under the impression that no leftover food will be given, but he was kind enough to give it to the school. The only criticism is that the place seems to be in need of maintenance as its slowly starting to look run down. Other than that, we are very pleased with the services received!

Even on a rainy day, Tuscany's is the ideal venue for a charming, classy and memorable event. I attended a wedding that was graced with some summer showers, and despite the pouring rain, the party on the inside was cozy and the hospitality exceptional. The grounds and the hall have a typical Tuscan feel with a rustic, sun-baked look, stone patios, terra-cotta tiles and large wooden doors. Service during the reception was outstanding - the waitress for our table accommodated our every request with a smile. I enjoyed the few hours spent there and would honestly consider this venue at the top of my list if I were to ever host a function.
