This hotel is a true gem. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect. We were greeted by Blessmore and he went out of his way to make sure that we have everything that we need for our stay and that we are comfortable in our room. The room was impeccably clean and tidy with all amenities needed. The bathroom was so clean and neat with a bath and double shower. We only stayed one night but I will recommend this hotel to anybody. We definitely be back!

Great value for money. The rooms were much nicer than expected! That said one of our rooms had no water pressure, a dodgy tile in the bathroom and a loose shower glass (110) and the other had no working remotes for the tv (101). We did enjoy the stay and the breakfast was knockout. 9/10 would recommend.

We had a very disappointing experience at The Willets Boutique Hotel. We booked a last-minute, non-refundable stay, fully aware of those conditions. However, the room we were allocated was completely misrepresented. A tiny attic space with no windows, accessed by steep, narrow, uneven stairs that raised clear safety concerns. As I am pregnant, the room was not suitable or safe. These critical details were not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. We raised our concerns immediately upon seeing the room and left without staying. While staff initially indicated a refund might be possible, management later refused any refund, despite the room not being used at all. We were willing to cover reasonable costs such as cleaning fees, however being charged 100% for a room we could not safely stay in feels excessive and unfair. Communication from management was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. We then had to secure and pay for alternative accommodation, effectively paying twice due to misleading information and poor handling of the situation. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Transparency, fairness, and basic customer care were lacking.

Such a lovely little Hotel in the middle of Simons town, close to everything , a great restaurant right downstairs , in the middle of town and across from the Harbour . Noise levels can be high with all the hustle and bustle in Streets .
