It was honestly an amazing experience. We arrived at 16:00 and immediately joined the sunset tour. Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious Black Angus fillet and ended the evening with a beautiful stargazing tour. The next morning, we did the rock painting tour, which was also very special. A special thank you to our lovely guide, Carmen. She explained everything thoroughly, always with a big smile, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This has been a dream stay- both to stay here and the whole experience! The food was fabulous - breakfast was my favourite. Did half board. I am reading reviews now about too much salt etc.. people really, personal taste is personal taste. I added salt to my food so no idea where those reviews come from. Loved the sundowner experience and also did stargazing despite the fullmoon and it was still such an educational experience. The spa facilities are great! I wish I could have utilised the facilities better. Had bad time management and the restaurant staff packed up breakfast - I feel so guilty! Nobody has ever accommodated me this much before. Some other reviews questions whether foreigners and Saffas are treated the same, from what I saw, for sure. I loved being chatted to in Afrikaans. To the Honeymooners, I'm sorry you were disappointed but you need to adjust your expections.but I don't know what you expectations. I've been there, and trust me, until you sit outside a hotel in the rain waiting for check-in on your honeymoon in 5 degrees in a foreign country for about three hours, you ain't all that.. we all come down to earth very quickly. Honestly, best magical holiday I have had in years, at least ten years overdue. I will be back as soon as I can.

We had the best wedding and honeymoon at Kagga Kamma. From the moment we got there until the moment we left, we were treated basically like royalty. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. The cave suite was so breathtakingly beautiful! We will definitely be going back for our anniversary! Would 10000% recommend this place to anyone!!

Kagga Kamma is one of our favourite stops in the Cederberg. We have stayed in the caves and camped. The scenery is magnificent and hikes are well worth doing. The pristine San rock art is some of the best we have seen. Rooms and chalets could do with an update. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional.
