We do appreciate that Elmarie came to the venue ASAP to organize a different apartment for my husband & I when we found the bathroom basin's hot water tap wasn't working. Unfortunately apartments 2, 3 & 4 had problems too, such as kitchen plugs and taps not working. The last apartment seemed nice and without issues, until we discovered mould spots and a bad smell in the fridge, and the freezer that wasn't working. We packed up and left which was very unfortunate as it's a lovely venue that has had many great reviews. We do understand that loadshedding has caused its challenges too, but felt that our eventual reason for leaving was not understood by the hostess, and no apology was given. We wish her and the business well but the necessary attention to cleanliness must be given, and regular checks made in each apartment to ensure the niggles are fixed.
