After a disappointing visit to a different place in Heraldsbay without any service and treated horribly we decided to leave and try a different place so on our way away from Heraldsbay we decided to turn into a very interesting looking area, quiet but interesting. The Down to Earth restaurant at The Herolds Bay Resort welcomed us warmly, we could choose anywhere to sit and my kids loved the open space. There food were impeccable 👌 and were surprised with their awesome chocolate mouse with berries. My kids are very fussy and kept complimenting the waiter on the delicious milkshakes and chicken strips with chips. Clearly a winner! The waiter was so professional and friendly, we really enjoyed it very much. For the quality food, atmosphere, service and view, it is definitely worth it! Going again very soon.

The restaurant was an absolute pleasure, however if you are planning to stay over, the rooms could do with a comfortable chair to sit in for more than one person. Otherwise the rooms were clean and pleasant.

As usual KD and the team made the Juan Boucher event something we will not easily forget, the atmosphere, food and show were fantastic. Thanks KD and to Juan Boucher "you're a amazing artist"

A lovely wedding venue with a seaview. The accommodation on the premises was well equiped, neat and comfortable. The food for the wedding, prepared by the venue management was excellent and more than enough. The only negative was the venue locked up on the Friday at 4pm and we were told that they will unlock at 8. 30, the Saturday morning. Unfortunately he was late. This was not communicated beforehand, so the florist had to leave and had to rush the Saturday morning. To aviod - communicate in full beforehand.
