About Sionsrus Venue

Your hosts, Frits and Jonel Hunlun, together with their dedicated daughter Emke, manage life on the working farm Sandrivier, treat guests in Sandrivier Cottage, Sandrivier Woonstel and Op-die-Plaas KAMP.

Also keeping things lively is Simon – their youngest and proud Karooboertjie, born in 2012, already a little farmer in his own right!Although Joné-Mari is no longer based on the farm, her presence is still felt in spirit – she recently had a baby and has started a new season of life elsewhere.

What a wonderful camp site! Our whole family had a blast, because there was something for all of us: beautiful views of the mountains, lovely swimming pool, great kitchen/lounge area to relax in, jungle gyms, etc. The hosts, Fritz and Jonel, were exceptional. We'll definitely be back.
