We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! but definitely improvement is needed. The honeymoon suite room 1 was beautiful and quiet. The view was amazing even though it was over a stormy stay. The room was missing a few basic amenities, such as no robes, slippers, no hairdryer(asked for one but it was broken that it couldn't stay open), had one milk(asked for more and got quickly which was nice), the placement of the safe was awkward, but we made do. Bed could be softer. Breakfast was perfect👌 the walk on the beach was so wonderful as access is right in front of the lodge, however alot of stairs are involved which we didn't mind at all! The staff super nice. We will definitely return! Hopefully with better weather.

We hope for many happy returns. The views are perfect! Beautiful room and a hearty breakfast. Lots to do, including sunset beach walks. Very good security.

We stayed at Crystal Lagoon Lodge from 25 January 2026 to 27 January 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The Lodge offers stunning views, and our room was comfortable, spotless, and well equipped, with a lovely deck to relax on. Mr Ronald and all the ladies at the reception and in the kitchen were absolutely brilliant - friendly, warm, and incredibly hospitable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was top class and thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for making our break so special and enjoyable. Excellent value for money. We will definitely becoming back again.

Not what we were promised... We had loud construction being done above our room without warning or notice. You might get stuffed into one of their "additonal" buildings down the road. The staff were friendly, and we received great service, from the main building. The rooms were definitely lacking some basic amenities, but the bed was comfortable and a great view of the lagoon. Wouldn't recommend for a quiet nor romantic holiday.
