*⭐ 10/10 Experience* Went for lunch at Botlierskop this afternoon and everything was top class. Service was very good and the food was amazing. After lunch we did the horse riding trail - the two guides were super knowledgeable. They guided us perfectly on the horses and knew everything about the animals + the history of the reserve. Made the whole experience special. Would recommend anyone to come here for the day or to stay in their accommodation. For me it was a 10/10 and I’ll definitely be coming back. --- *Shorter version if you want it quick:* Amazing day at Botlierskop! **YOU MUST READ MY REVIEW** Arrive **no later than 1 PM** to enjoy the full experience. **One night is enough** (two at most if you just want to relax). Considering my high standards, this place delivered an **extraordinary experience**. I stayed on the **all-inclusive package** (full board + Sunset Safari + Sunrise Safari) in the **Executive Suite**, and it was worth every penny. The suite was beautifully designed, spacious, and the Jacuzzi was a great touch. The **food** was outstanding—especially dinner. It honestly raised my expectations for food elsewhere. The evening drumming activity was also a fun addition. The **night sky** was unbelievably clear. I couldn't resist photographing the Milky Way, and even the iPhone photo I attached shows how incredible the sky was. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional throughout my stay. One small suggestion: the reception restroom had a **bidet (shattaf)**, but the rooms didn't. Adding one to the rooms would make an already amazing stay even better. You can also leave tips during checkout using the official envelopes they provide.

What a beautiful place! Next level. Definitely one of the most beautiful spa's I have been to in SA with next level service and facilities. The massage was good but I have had better. Probably the best in the area though. The restaurant has a stunning, warming, comforting vibe and delicious food. Great service too. Very well priced. Best to make a booking in advance though.

Didn't stay but went on superb game drive with James. Easy access to vehicles was welcome, as were the sundowners. Seeing a cheetah being faced down by a Waterbuck and then seeing her three brothers up close was an unexpected and quite wonderful bonus. The fynbos is beautiful and the birdlife was excellent. The restaurant food and drink was top class and we hope to be able to return one day. Thanks to all from two delighted Anglo/Rhodesian/Aussies!
