Our room at mimosa lodge was simply furnished but with character. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. Shower and toilet were modern. The reception was very welcoming and connected us to wifi after we had checked in. We spent one night there but it was very comfortable. Breakfast was hearty! The town of Montagu is beautiful! Very well maintained! Wish we had been able to spend more days exploring the town.

Really very, very pleasantly surprised! We had an extremely pleasant 2 day stay at Mimosa Lodge in Montagu! The room was warm and pleasant, much like the staff! Lovely little pub to have a before dinner drink before enjoying a well cooked and presented meal. Secure parking and situated not far from the town centre but far enough away not to be disturbed by traffic noise. We will certaintly be back again! Thank you!

Very quaint. We had a room with a veranda overlooking the street which was fabulous for watching the world go by. The room itself (no 9) was a little faded and dark, but it was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. One of the best meals on our three-week trip to SA. Reasonable too. Lovely garden and pool area. I will be back!

We had a mishap with our rooms but Bernie, the manager, was quick to assist and rectify the mistake. We appreciated their honesty, transparency, and willingness to help find a solution. Highly recommend their food as well!! Really enjoyed the stay!!
