Chantelle Du Toit and her team made our wedding day a magical experience! Professional and thoughtful from day one. She was very detailed and thorough with her process. We had our wedding at the beacon isle hotel in Plett. Chantelle handled everything expertly, from signage to tent setup, to decor and vendors for our day. She was polite and very welcoming from day one! On the day she was flexible with the wind that made things challenging for a few hours, she kept everything on time, was attentive to our guests and guided the day with the expertise of a professional event manager and coordinator. If ever I had a question she was ready with a solution within a heartbeat. If you are looking for someone to make your wedding day, cooperate event, birthday bash memorable and think of all the details you might not have - this is your go to team! Working with Chantelle was an absolute dream. I loved that I could plan everything in the lead-up to the wedding and then have her take over so seamlessly the day before—it gave me total peace of mind. She made me feel heard and supported every step of the way. Her energy was infectious—always excited, positive, and ready to help. I especially appreciated her creativity and hands-on approach. When I misjudged how many candles we needed, she stepped in and sorted it out with three weeks to go! Her network of support staff in the Garden Route area is fantastic. The Du Toit Events team did our wedding set up and organisation. I cannot recommend the team enough - they were outstanding. No ask was too big or too small. Chantelle’s attention to detail, patience and passion shone through in every moment of our wedding. The set up and take down of the tent was seamless! Their equipment/furniture etc. was immaculate.
