Room below expectations but otherwise all round average experience staying in the "luxury" rondawel. Food options are okay but not that healthy or fresh. Bring your own food if staying for more than two days. Not worth the price per night but the warm/ hot pools at night are fantastic. I wouldn't go back again. My 2 kids are under 12 and they say the same.

Stayed in the Boland House. The location is lovely, the hot pools are fantastic (especially in winter), and the staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment on offer was also great and kept everyone busy. Unfortunately, the accommodation is in desperate need of an upgrade, especially considering the price. We paid close to R12,000 for a weekend for a six-sleeper, but the facilities felt quite dated. The toilet paper was very cheap, there was no soap or hand wash in the bathrooms, the doors were old and difficult to open and close, there were lots of flies in the unit when we arrived, the TV wasn't a smart TV, and the Wi-Fi was extremely poor. Even the area around the main pool had litter lying around, which was disappointing. Goudini is still worth visiting for the hot pools and family entertainment, but the accommodation and general maintenance don't currently match the premium price being charged.

Grounds are beautifully kept and hot pools are lovely. The bungalow we stayed in had a few maintenance issues though. Staff everywhere in complex was super friendly and helpful.

My recent visit to another hot springs resort is really what has prompted me to post this review. I have been a regular visitor to Goudini Spa and every visit there has been amazing. The pools are hot and clean. There are play areas, games centre, mini golf, an outside gym area, restaurants, a spa where you can get anything from a massage to a pedicure and so much more! Accommodation is always on point whether you stay in a rondavel, Villa or camp site. This is hands down the best resort and I won't be wasting my money going elsewhere.
