Terrible experience working with the organisers. Completely neglected our function, didn’t plan or pay any attention to the catering, forcing us to cancel our function as they wanted to charge us more for their mess up. And upon cancelling due to the mess up THEY cause, they refused to give us back our full deposit. I understand if the cancellation came from our side, but the cancellation only came about due to their poor service and neglect. Disgusting behaviour. Expected better.
