Our Leadership team recently had their offsite strategy session at Eikenhof and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. Marieta and Elze were very responsive and accommodating to all our requests leading up to the two-day session. The food was enjoyable and staff were attentive and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Their rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall, the venue provided a perfect blend of comfort, service and quality and we will definitely be returning in future!

We recently hosted our company function at Eikenhof Estate, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded all expectations. From the planning stages right through to the event itself, everything was handled with such professionalism, care, and attention to detail. A very special thank you to Elze, who coordinated everything for us so effortlessly. She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process, and truly made us feel valued and taken care of. Her service alone deserves 10/10. The venue itself is absolutely stunning — elegant, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. Everything on the day ran seamlessly, which allowed us to fully enjoy the function without having to worry about a thing. Five of us also stayed at the accommodation, and it was just as impressive. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and incredibly relaxing. You can really see the pride and care that goes into every detail at Eikenhof Estate. What stood out most was the genuine warmth and hospitality from the entire team. It’s rare to find a place that combines such high standards with such personal and welcoming service. Thank you again to Elze and the whole Eikenhof Estate team for making our experience so memorable. We highly recommend Eikenhof Estate for both events and accommodation, and we will absolutely be returning in the future!

The catering was outstanding, with delicious snacks, great coffee, and a lovely lunch that all our delegates enjoyed.
