We held our family get together here. All the staff were professional, attentive and diligent. We booked the Granny Smith room for the function which was a total success. Jason took care of us and gave us fantastic service. From the beginning they were in constant contact making sure everything went smoothly. The business is well run and reliable. I'd definitely come back.

What an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Stellenbosch. From the moment we arrived at Le Pommier, I felt a sense of calm wash over me — the kind that only comes from being surrounded by mountains, vineyards, and genuine hospitality. The setting is simply breathtaking, with panoramic views that make you want to pause, breathe, and take it all in. What truly stood out for me was the warmth of the owners. There’s something incredibly special about people who carry their success with humility. Hearing their story — how they lovingly took over the farm in 2018 — added such a personal and heartfelt layer to the experience. The food? Absolutely exquisite. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour, clearly crafted with passion and care. It wasn’t just a meal — it was an experience. But more than anything, it was the feeling. A sense of being welcomed, of being part of something authentic and thoughtfully created. It’s rare to find a place that combines elegance, comfort, and sincerity so effortlessly. Le Pommier is not just a destination — it’s a memory in the making.

Our second stop on the wine tram placed us at Le Pommier Wine Estate. As we entered, we were warmly greeted by the sole sommelier that was working at the time. Unfortunately, I lost my note that contained his name; hopefully, the uploaded picture will do justice. We opted for the wine and mini-pizza pairing, which was a first for us. We were captivated by the sommelier’s knowledge of not only local wines, but of the wine landscape in Napa Valley (roughly a 45 minute drive from our home). Out of the wines that we tasted, we gravitated towards the Sauvignon Blanc - which happens to be our favorite type of white wine. The customer service provided was so exceptional that we decided to stay for another hour (the wine tram allots for 58 minutes at each winery). While enjoying the view and engaging conversation with the sommelier, we enjoyed multiple glasses of wine and ordered the Pork belly bites and the absolutely delicious crumbed halloumi nibbles. Since we were the only guests at the time, we greatly appreciated the personalized experience provided by the sommelier. If you’re looking for a superb wine tasting experience, I highly recommend Le Pommier Wine Estate!

Such a lovely stay with La Pommier, from the kindest front of house staff who welcomed us with the firendliest smiles to the sweet security man who helped me in the evening after the wedding festivities. This was a delightful stay. I must say that the cars driving by were loud while having breaki but that was the only downside. Stunning views !
