Outstanding! Visited the hotel years back and I am amazed in the upgrades already made and excited to see the future of this place. Warm hospitality, great location and amazing features. The food is amazing with barman and chefs going the extra mile. Would love to see cocktails added to the bar and desserts to the menu to express the talent of the amazing staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Hotel or glamping!

My wife and I had a fantastic time, we wanted some time to relax and Karoo1 made it possible. Both pools was clean and the water was perfect for a morning and evening swim. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional and venue as perfect. We had no idea they cater for children as well, the evening outdoor cinema, popcorn and candy, soccer pitch, table tennis, pool board and many other activities. Our next visit will be with our kids and we are looking forward to spend some time there.

Fantastic experience. The glamping tents are huge with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen/dining area. The veranda is perfect for sitting in the sun with a glass of wine in the evening. Beds are comfortable and there is air-conditioning which works well but is a bit noisy due to the location of the outside unit. Each tent has it's own charcoal braai and it's own small hot tub which you purchase logs to heat. The main area has a lovely well maintained pool and a bar and bistro. At the other end of the resort is a rock pool which is stunning for a swim or to sit and soak up the sun. Overall one of the nicest remote places I've ever stayed.

We loved staying here, it was very cozy, and the food was delicious both at the restaurant and the café. We also really enjoyed the stargazing activity with Portia; she was amazing and definitely a highlight of our stay. I highly recommend that you participate in the activity and learn all about the constellations, it’s a unique experience.
