When we arrived we got 10 times more than we expected. Room service every day. Breakfast everyday out of this world. Personal that is friendly helpfull and always full of smiles and ready for a chat. The gamedrive very informative and the game wardens knows there area. The rhino's out of this world. I called my sister in Australia and at 60 she said I sound like a little teenager that is how I felt. An experience out of this world. Than you thank you. And to the anti poucher Justin I will never forget how passionate and thoughtful you treated the animals.

Owner of this establishment cancelled my booking made and paid for 3 months prior. Cancelled directly, not through the agency I booked with! Canceled on my day of arrival (2 rooms booked) Tried to blame the booking agent! Cancelled via WhatsApp- not even a phone call to apologise. Moved us to a property 10mins down the road with no air conditioning and sub standard to what we had paid for! Unacceptable Lombardini! You ruined a portion of a great road trip where we had hoped to take back memories of a Rhino drive, instead we got a waste of a nights stay!

Appalling overpriced Christmas lunch. Very limited menu and we all had to stand in line to serve ourselves. 🙁 1,000 people. Never again! Dessert wasn’t the selection advertised – just two tiny slices of cheesecake and a teaspoon of ice cream. 👎
