Lovely stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great communication from the host and an overall smooth experience. Would definitely recommend. A great place for large groups, really beautiful location and would make a beautiful wedding venue as well as an easy stay for wedding guests traveling afar.

Our stay at Mentors was wonderful! The houses were spacious, clean and fully kitted with all the basics you may need! The Mentors team truly went above and beyond with the small details to make our stay feel special! We held our wedding at Mentors and to say that the service was superb is an understatement! Githe, Rush, Jade and the rest of the wedding team were completely on it, always being present, willing to assist and ensuring our day was running smoothly! Beyond grateful to have spent our special day with Mentors Country Estate!

In terms of the grounds, it's a gorgeous place to host any event you have but the food is below even my home cooking standards. We were served old meat and I had a runny tummy all night so did a few of my colleagues that I spoke to. For two days in a row, the meat served to us made people sick.. The food is so bad they need to make sure the food is the same quality as their grounds bc those surroundings were stunning. V Disappointed bc these people even cater for weddings. Please up your game when it comes to food. It's absolutely unacceptable what they make people eat. Do better.

My niece's farewell was at Mentors yesterday 21/03/2026 and we had a horrible experience with the staff!!!! Some of them were very rude! The place was booked until 20:00 that night but by 15:00 one of the staff members went out her way to tell my daughter that we are supposed to be out of the place by 15:45! Another one made an announcement at about 13:00 saying that the bar is closing and they won't be serving any of us anymore. My brother in law went up to them and told them that he had booked the bar until 15:00 and they backed down a little. The food was Terrible!!!!! All I have to say to who ever was involved in ruining my niece's special day is SHAME ON YOU!!!!! The reason why my family booked the place was for us to sit back,relax and enjoy this time as a family but aren't we ever so sorry. Yes it is a very beautiful place I agree but it would have been nice if their service was also beautiful!!! You owe my niece an apology because she was really looking forward to making special memories!
