Firstly the Rooms are very spacious and clean. The service is top notch and the area/location is safe and the view is amazing. The staff is very friendly and this one waitress goes by the name of Maya - She's very friendly and always has a smile on her face, she's deserves a maddle for her great work.

Rooms are clean but a little outdated, we had some rowdy neighbors check in 3h30 in the morning which was very annoying. Diner at the resturant was good, decent quality and fairly priced. Beware Sundays have local bi-laws prohibiting the sale of alcohol after 18h00. Ashle our waitress was great and made the experience that little bit extra special. Breakfast the next morning was good, kitchen got a little overwhelmed and our breakfast was served cold, overall the stay was enjoyable and we would stop over again if we needed to.

Megan Kock at Riverside Lodge is absolutely outstanding. From the moment you arrive, Megan’s warm, friendly, and professional approach makes you feel genuinely welcome. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that guests have the best possible experience. Her attention to detail and positive attitude truly set her apart. On top of the excellent service, the food at Riverside Lodge is delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and clearly made with care. Megan complements this perfectly with her knowledge and helpful recommendations, making the entire visit even more enjoyable. Riverside Lodge is lucky to have Megan on their team. She’s a real asset, and her dedication makes every visit memorable. Highly recommended!

Ashley was such a great server at the riverside lodge restaurant! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome from start to finish. Her positive attitude and easygoing nature made the whole experience even better. Thanks, Ashley, for looking after us so well.
