The staff was amazing and the breakfast was on point, and for a fact, they call asking for the ETA and gave the load-shedding schedule when we got there it was super cold but our rooms where had heaters on. We had an amazing stay. Thanks Momzo's

We booked a night’s accommodation at the Rose of Sharon (check-in on December 18th and check-out December 19th) as an overnight’s stop on our journey down to the Eastern Cape. We arrived in Aliwal North at 16:45 which was within 15 min of our indicated time of arrival of 17:00. On arrival we found the facility locked and no one present on the premises. After at least 5 calls to the indicated and provided number, I finally left a message asking for a call back (more on this to come) In the interim, we contacted The Nest B&B where we have previously stayed to see if they could help us out in an emergency which they could fortunately. On Tuesday, December 20th I finally got a return call to the message I left on the contact number for the Rose of Sharon. What followed can only be described as a pathetic excuse for an apology and no effort made to try to rectify the situation. Fortunately the Nest B&B were able to9 accommodate us at short notice!
