Rooms need renovations. Old aircon with no remote. Dilapidated BRICs. The bathroom light not working. Dilapidated Blinds compromise confidentiality. No bar fridge. No microwave. The receptionist is utterly rude. Located in the most dangerous portions of Mthatha. Breakfast was terrible. Only ate the eggs and threw away 1 soggy fish finger, leftover mushrooms.

Arrived and there was no electricity, no back up for that. Spend the night with no electricity. Woke up with no electricity. Water was obviously too cold to bath. Huge roaches came out once light source was off When you are desperate yes...but no thanks

Water was cold and was told that geyser was down I had to put on the kettle and use the basin. What an experience!!!!!! Breakfast........ need to improve please!
