Bloem Spa is such a Lovely place. I boiked a birthday treatment for my mother as a surpise, the staff help me to surpise her and made the experience so wonderfull, My mother could not stop talking about eveything. A bit disappointing. Spaces are not as clean an they should be, they dish up for you, you can't even order specific foods. The hotel has a lot of potential considering where they are situated. The staff is lovely.

The staff were quite friendly and ready to help. The food was also amazing.
